"Putting this thing together felt like the..."
Putting this thing together felt like the opening act of a disaster movie. The instructions had me second-guessing every step, and by the time I finally got it ready, I was already over it. Then I took it out on the course and somehow the drama continued, it felt clunky, awkward, and just frustrating to deal with the whole time.

"The cart works fine on flat..."
The cart works fine on flat fairways, which is where you’d expect it to do its best. The battery made it through 18 holes without any issue. That said, on side slopes it can get a little wobbly, and common sense says you don’t want to be worrying about that while you’re trying to play. Overall it’s not bad, I just wish it felt a bit more stable

"Battery just doesn’t last anymore"
I don’t know what happened, but the battery barely makes it through the day now and charging it takes forever, so I’m constantly watching the percentage drop, plugging it in, waiting around, unplugging it, and then somehow it’s already low again before I’ve even really used it much...

"Customer service was kind of a headache"
I tried going through their warranty process and it didn’t really get anywhere. The replies I got were super short, and after a while it felt like they were just brushing me off. Maybe I didn’t explain it perfectly or maybe warranties are just like that sometimes, but either way I ended up fixing the issue myself, which kind of defeats the whole point.

"Shipping was kind of a mess"
I ordered from batcaddy.com and the shipping part was annoying. The tracking barely updated, so I kept checking it even though that clearly didn’t help, and then it showed up later than I expected. Customer service did respond, which I guess is better than nothing, but they didn’t really tell me anything useful. The product was fine once it finally arrived, so I’m not totally upset, but at the same time the whole delivery experience made it feel worse than it maybe was.

"Didn't hold up for long"
I was hoping this would last a bit longer, but the wheels started getting loose quickly. It kind of gave me that no-real-person-behind-it feeling, like the quality just wasn’t really checked before it got sent out.
